Questions
Will my client ever see your name?
Not from me. There are no credits or links added to the site, and reports come without MAZ branding. If you add me as a WordPress user or Shopify collaborator, the account name is whatever you choose.
What access do you need?
The free report only needs the public URL. The paid WordPress fix needs admin access (hosting access only if the host is the bottleneck). Shopify needs collaborator or staff access to work on a duplicate theme. You can revoke access when the work is done.
What does the guarantee cover?
The WordPress Speed Fix guarantee: full refund if the fixed pages miss LCP under 2.5s and CLS under 0.1 on Google's mobile lab test. Shopify Speed Fix has no score guarantee, because Shopify platform scripts and the apps a store keeps can cap the score. I quote a conservative Shopify target before you pay.
How do we pay?
Speed Fix and Shopify Speed Fix: a Wise payment link in USD or an invoice, whichever suits your books. WP Care is invoiced monthly by bank transfer in USD.
Can you handle more than one client site?
Yes. Send the URLs together and each site gets its own report and fixed price from the published prices.
