Refund Policy

1. Service Nature
Our services are custom, project-based, and often begin immediately after discovery, planning, and development work starts.
2. Deposits & Initial Payments
Initial deposits and setup payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started, as they secure planning, technical allocation, and production resources.
3. Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is paused or terminated, refunds (if any) are evaluated only for work not yet started.
4. Maintenance & retainer agreements
Optional ongoing maintenance (after a project is delivered) may be billed monthly or as prepaid hours. You may cancel before the next billing period per your agreement. Charges already incurred for the current period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Exceptional Cases
We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a clear service delivery issue. Any approved refund is at our sole discretion.
