Refund Policy

1. Service Nature

Our services are custom, project-based, and often begin immediately after discovery, planning, and development work starts.

2. Deposits & Initial Payments

Initial deposits and setup payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started, as they secure planning, technical allocation, and production resources.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is paused or terminated, refunds (if any) are evaluated only for work not yet started.

4. Subscription / Retainer Services

Monthly maintenance or retainer services may be canceled before the next billing period. Charges already incurred for the current period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Exceptional Cases

We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a clear service delivery issue. Any approved refund is at our sole discretion.
