Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to get started. After trial, you’re billed at the plan rate.
What’s the one-time setup fee for?
Setup covers onboarding, connecting your tools, configuring workflows, and a short training so you can use the platform from day one.
Do you offer API access?
We don’t sell a self-serve API. We build the integrations and workflows you need (n8n, webhooks, CRMs, email) as part of your plan. Need something custom? Scale plan or custom quote.
What happens when I need more workflows?
We’ll scope the new work and either add it to your plan or quote a one-off. We never cut off what you have without notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and selected local payment methods via our secure payment partner.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Setup is refundable if you cancel before we begin onboarding (e.g. before the kickoff call). After work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.
