You send the site URL and a short note about what is going on. I review the public site and reply with what I can see and a written quote. The check is free. Paid work starts only after you accept the quote. Admin access is needed for cleanup and hardening, not for the check itself.
Yes. WordPress malware removal and hacked website repair are part of this plan. Describe what you are seeing (defaced pages, strange redirects, warnings from your host, or a failed scan) on the form. If the site needs cleanup before a monthly plan makes sense, I will say so in the quote.
If the site takes payments, I review the payment form and help you work through findings from a PCI scan, including hardening the parts of the site the scan flags. I do not issue a PCI compliance certificate. Your payment processor and a qualified assessor still own formal compliance.
After the free security check I send a written quote between $750 and $1,100 per month. The quote depends on the site: how large it is, whether it is already compromised, and whether it takes payments. There is no self-serve signup and no charge for the check.
No. You keep your host and your accounts. I need admin access to clean and harden the site after you accept the quote. I document what I change.
