Questions

What counts toward the included edit hours?

Small content changes, plugin settings, form tweaks, and minor styling inside WordPress. New page builds, redesigns, custom plugin development, and performance/SEO projects are quoted separately.

Do you host my site?

No. You keep your host; I need wp-admin (and staging access when you have it). I document what I change and keep staging in sync when your host provides it.

What is the 30-day pilot?

We run one billing month of WP Care on your chosen tier so you can see the update rhythm, backups, and health PDF before you commit long term. Pilot terms are confirmed in writing before access.

How do I pay?

Monthly invoice by bank transfer in USD. No long-term contract required after the pilot; cancel with 30 days' notice.
